Kingscliff has a mix of older beach houses and newer homes and estates, and the jobs reflect that.
Newer homes
People moving into new homes tend to have a list: wardrobes and beds to assemble, a TV to mount, shelves and pictures to hang, a clothesline to put up, gardens that need mulch and planting. See wardrobe and bed assembly, TV mounting, clothesline installation and garden bed planting.
Older beach houses
Salt air and humidity are hard on timber, fixings and paint. Regular pressure cleaning, re-caulking and small repairs keep things from sliding. See the annual maintenance checklist.
Holiday lets and rentals
A lot of properties are let out. Quick turnarounds, tidy gardens and fixing small things before they annoy guests is the aim. See the rental checklist.
Booking
Ring 02 6626 3819 or email sales@lincolnchen.net with the list, your street and a photo. Batching jobs into one visit saves money.
Moving in or setting up
If you've just moved in, send the whole list at once: furniture to assemble, TVs and pictures to mount, a clothesline or letterbox to fit, garden beds to prepare. We'll plan the visit around it, usually in one day.
Looking after a place from a distance
Lots of Kingscliff properties are holiday homes. If that's yours, see holiday home maintenance for how to keep a place in shape when you're not there.
