Common questions

  • Do you charge travel costs?

    For locations within Byron Bay, Ballina Shire, and the coastal Tweed corridor, there's no travel charge. For jobs further afield — Lismore, Casino, or other inland areas — we'll let you know upfront if a travel cost applies before anything is booked.

  • What if my suburb isn't listed?

    The list isn't exhaustive — it's just a guide to where we go regularly. Email us your suburb and we'll let you know whether we can get there, and if there's any additional cost for the travel.

  • Do you do regular maintenance jobs in all areas?

    For lawn and garden maintenance on a regular schedule, it helps to be close to our regular runs. Byron Bay, Lennox Head, and the coastal strip work well for ongoing bookings. Areas further inland may be harder to schedule regularly — worth asking though.

  • Can you do urgent jobs?

    Occasionally, depending on what's already booked. Email us and explain what's needed — if we can fit it in, we will. Byron Bay and surrounding suburbs are easiest to accommodate quickly.
