Lincoln Chen has been working as a handyman and gardener in Byron Bay and the surrounding region for over ten years. What started as a local word-of-mouth business has grown steadily — not through advertising, but through people recommending him to their friends and neighbours after a job well done.
Before going out on his own, Lincoln spent several years in property maintenance and landscaping, which gave him a solid grounding across a wide range of outdoor and general maintenance work. These days he covers everything from lawn mowing and garden care to pressure cleaning, gutter cleaning, flat-pack assembly, and general handyman repairs.
One of the things that sets Lincoln apart is a genuine willingness to be straight with customers. If a job is beyond what he does, he'll say so — rather than taking it on and making a mess of it. If the scope is likely to change once he's had a proper look, he'll flag it before starting, not after.
The way we work
Every job starts with a free quote. Lincoln will have a look at what's involved, give you an honest estimate, and only start once you're happy with what's been discussed. There are no hourly rates that mysteriously blow out, and no invoice surprises at the end.
For regular garden maintenance, we work out a schedule that suits you — fortnightly, monthly, or whatever makes sense for the size and type of your garden. For one-off jobs, we're usually able to book within a week or two depending on the season.
All work is fully insured. Lincoln holds current public liability insurance, so you're covered whether he's up on a ladder cleaning gutters or doing repairs inside the house.
